The kitchen specialises in fusion dishes and seafood, offering a tantalising octopus and avocado cocktail and a delicate yellow fin tuna sashimi, but the steak sandwich wasn’t particularly inspired. A complimentary shuttle runs to the beach and back each day, and the town of Uvita offers kayaking, surfing, hiking and seasonal whale watching. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors give way to expansive terraces offering breathtaking views of the jungle and coastline.
